Welcome to CH General Construction LLC. By using our services, scheduling inspections, or requesting quotes, you agree to these Terms of Service.

1. Services Provided

CH General Construction LLC provides roofing, siding, and restoration services primarily focused on insurance claim work and retail/cash projects. Services include free inspections, estimates, full roof replacements, siding installation, storm damage repair, emergency mitigation, and related construction services.

2. Eligibility

Our services are available to property owners and authorized representatives in New Jersey. By requesting our services, you confirm that you are authorized to make decisions regarding the property in question.

3. Estimates and Pricing

All inspections and estimates are provided free of charge with no obligation. Final pricing depends on project scope, materials selected, insurance coverage (if applicable), and site conditions discovered during inspection. Estimates are valid for 30 days unless otherwise specified.

4. Insurance Restoration Work

For insurance claim projects, we work directly with your insurance company and handle the claims process, adjuster coordination, and supplement negotiations. However, we do not guarantee that your insurance company will approve any particular claim or coverage amount. Final approval and payment are the responsibility of your insurance carrier.

5. Payment Terms

Retail/Cash Projects

50% deposit required before work begins, 50% due upon completion.

Insurance Projects

Payment terms follow insurance company disbursement schedules (ACV and RCV checks).

6. Acceptable Use

You agree to:

• Provide accurate contact information
• Respond to scheduling requests in a timely manner
• Allow access to the property for inspections and work
• Maintain clear communication throughout the project

You agree NOT to:

• Provide false or misleading information
• Use our services for illegal purposes
• Harass or abuse our team members

7. SMS Messaging & Communication

By providing your phone number, you consent to receive text messages from CH General Construction regarding:

• Appointment confirmations and reminders
• Quote and estimate delivery
• Job status updates
• Insurance claim progress
• Review requests

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. Reply HELP for assistance.

We will never sell your contact information to third parties. We do not send marketing messages to contacts who have not opted in.

8. Data & Privacy

We collect and use your personal information (name, address, phone, email, property details) solely to provide our services. We do not sell your information. For full details, see our Privacy Policy.

9. Limitation of Liability

CH General Construction LLC provides services to the best of our ability using licensed and insured crews. However:

• We do not guarantee specific outcomes with insurance claims
• We are not responsible for insurance company decisions, delays, or denials
• We do not guarantee project timelines affected by weather, material availability, or insurance processes
• Our liability is limited to the contract value of the specific project

10. Warranty

We stand behind our work. Workmanship warranties and material warranties are provided per the signed contract for each project. Warranty terms vary by project type and materials used.

11. Termination

Either party may terminate an agreement before work begins. Once work has started, termination terms are governed by the signed contract. You may opt out of SMS communications at any time without affecting service delivery.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
